nice guy... but for $604 charge he left empty ceiling fan box on bedroom floor. well, ok. however, when I went out my front door -- he left the old ceiling fan (that he said he'd dispose of!) out in the street in front of my neighbor's house!! c'mon... do better!!
Working with Clayton Kelley was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. This was the first time that I used Mr. Electric and I am glad I did. I had several outlets in one circuit go dead as well as a ceiling fan that was making a humming sound when it was not running. I needed help. They sent out their technician named Cody and he was amazing. He checked the wiring as well as the breaker box and came up with a solution for the dead outlets. We discussed the ceiling fan and agreed that the remote receiver was faulty and had to be removed. Cody then worked up an estimate for the repairs and I thought the charges were reasonable. Because rewiring the outlets required and additional person, we scheduled a time for him to return with a helper. They came as scheduled and completed the job. Their work was exemplary and Mr. Electric and Cody will be electrician of choice in the future.
Anthony Lee was our service tech and was very professional. He preformed a safety inspection and then trouble shot the problem and repaired it and a reasonable amount of time. He also pointed out a couple of things that would help make our home safer.

Steven was great changed my breaker in 15 minutes!
It was truly a weight off my shoulder. I was stressed beyond all belief due to a possible lightning, strike, surging out and the technician Michael Vaughan was amazing. He went through checked multiple locations took time explained everything to me educating me a little bit on electrical work and in the end ended up, only having to replace a plug that took the power out of four different rooms instead of trying to upsell me, he did his best to make sure it was affordable for me and I thoroughly enjoyed. It definitely will use Mr. electric again in the future.
Steven was an absolute pleasure to speak with, he came out fixed my issues, didn't mind my presence while he worked. He was thorough and quick. I highly recommend this company. If you make an appointment ask for Steven I promise you will not be disappointed with his work.
Quality experience from the Team at Mr.Electric. Flexible scheduling and great communication was the deciding factor in choosing Mr. Electric in comparison to other companies who have room for improvement. Steven performed a solid install of a Generac 50 Amp Home Link Transfer Switch, external generator receptacle, home surge protector and relocated two plugs. I look forward to future projects with the team!

Today, Travis Carter and Brad Light came to my home and replaced a 56-year-old Zinsco breaker panel with a new Eaton panel. They did this in less than 5 hours. The job was done in a very professional and exacting manner. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend the company and these two electricians.

don’t use them, they overcharge. extremely disappointed with this company… The guy Solomon, who answered the phone is a very nice person, Carlos And Jimmy, who came to my home are also kind and considerate… But to charge Double for something that you shouldn’t is ridiculous, I needed a floodlight ring camera installed in the backyard. They hit me with a $530 estimate, my regular electrician is out of town and this should only cost me somewhere between $200 and $300. Solomon told me I’d have to pay the $60 service fee if I did not go forward with a service, I said that’s fine because I didn’t expect the price to be outrageous… Then the appointment comes and they want over $500 for something that I knew should only cost a couple hundred dollars They lied on the estimate/invoice saying that I declined a safety check… I absolutely did not decline a safety check, I would’ve absolutely said yes to that had one been offered, but it was not offered. “CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED THE COMPLEMENTARY HOME ELECTRICAL SAFETY CHECK THERFORE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO INSPECT ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENT” 1.00 $59.95 they called this the dispatch fee 1.00 $0.00 $0.00 Free safety check that I did not get. And it certainly was not offered. 6 years ago in 2020: I love the job this company did! Cody was courteous and so professional. He replaced the outlet in the kitchen and added two brand new outlets in the master bedroom. Im very happy! I will use this company again for all my electric needs. As the voice of the company for 1st time customers calling in, Ms. Desiree is the person who answered the phone, she is really down to earth and makes setting an appointment easy and comfortable
Out tech was knowledgeable and fixed our lathe. Very pleased with the service. Any time in the future we need any electrical work I will call these folks again. My pup liked him too. He paid attention to her while we were taking care of the bill.
Jayden was very professional and nice. He was also very quick and efficient. We had him replace 2 light fixtures that also needed an electrical box replaced plus an entryway chandelier replaced. I googled how much it would roughly cost and his estimate was about right to what google said. So I would say their prices are about right, they’re not cheap but they’re also not crazy expensive either.
Clayton and Rhet did a fantastic job fixing all of the electrical problems I had. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs electric work done.
I am very grateful for having Michael as my electrician today. I have not been feeling well, but Michael put a big smile on my face today installing my beautiful light fixtures! He also replaced a much needed breaker to get my AC back running and cooling my home as well as doing a home check of the outlets, etc. Michael was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. There are some other things that I want him to come back to my home and do at a later date. I definitely recommend Michael for your electrical needs. I called Mr. Electric about a meter-base issue that Oncor identified and they sent an electrician out to my home the exact same day. The schedulers were so nice and efficient. Aaron Alford came out to access the issue I mentioned and he was able to offer me a very detailed overview of the work that needed to be done and showed me exactly where the cost was coming from. I had previously had other electricians out to access and quote the issue we were having and NONE of them provided me with the kind of care and reassurance that Aaron gave. He was so calm, knowledgeable and professional which I greatly appreciated. After his visit, it was an easy decision for us to choose him to perform the repair. On the day of the service, Aaron and Rhett arrived to my home and immediately began the work. Everything on their end was coordinated and executed seamlessly from start to finish. They communicated everything throughout the process and stayed until all our power was successfully turned back on and was running perfectly. I very much appreciated everyone who was involved in executing this service. I would 1,000 percent use them again!
