I had a very satisfactory experience working with Kaleb Ansell with Mr. Electric. Kaleb gave me amazing customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me multiple options as possible solutions to our issue. All and all it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Kaleb and Mr. Electric to anyone looking for smoke alarm replacements.

The trades have become too expensive.
They were able to show up within 20 minutes of my inquiry, which was awesome. They were polite, quick, and knowledgeable. They seemed a bit pricey, $500 to replace an outlet and $600 for surge protection, but they did give us a discount which was appreciated.
The Electrician was very courteous and efficient. I did find the cost higher than expected, but they were quoted before work began.

Techs were professional and courteous. Cost for the work to extend a circuit about two feet and install an outlet seemed pricey at $380.

Our technician was professional and friendly. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. We were having trouble with builder grade materials and poor installation and he was able to identify and repair all of it. He also fixed a fan that was wired incorrectly and even changed a lightbulb that was burned out. The cost was a little high but I feel so much more comfortable and safe knowing the work was done right.
Circuit breaker repair
Very professional with great customer service and response time. Might have been cheaper options but the service was worth it!
