The guys were super nice, I loved that they did the work immediately. Also after having a discussion with them about the static electricity from a lightenimg strike we had and it fried everything they suggested a surge protector to keep that from happening again. So we did that.
Scheduled an appointment with Mr Electric of Fort Worth and received a call they were able to show up early and had Dylan show up on time stocked with a full truck. He was able to diagnosis the issue quickly and restore my power to a few plugs that were causing the breakers to trip continuously. Dylan was very knowledgable, clearly explained the cause and how he would fix the issue, and addressed all concerns that we had. He was replaced two breakers and installed 2 new outlets along with diagnosing the problem in about an hour. Very quick and so far seems to have resolved our electrical issue. Would definitely recommend Mr Electric of Fort Worth!
Dylan was so nice and always on time. Very qualified and explained everything he needed to do in a way I understood. My older house required an outside panel so I had a lot of work but Dylan and his helper worked together very well and finished on time so I was not out of power more than needed. Everything looked and worked great when done. I don't know how he was able to replace the cracked power pole and wiring on my roof so quickly and beautifully. I am very, very impressed with his skill level and would request him for any future work. The company is very well organized and office contact was a pleasure to work with(which is rare since these positions are usually underpaid)so reward her well, she is the "door" to your organization. She and Dylan sealed my deal!
Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with a quick diagnosis pertaining to a wiring issue in one of my rooms. He gave me the price for the repair/modification and fixed the issue all in less than an hour. Thanks Cody!
I was pleased with Mr Electric service. Tyler was very good and an overall nice guy!! I was prepared to buy a new ceiling fan but Tyler was able to repair light fxture wiring in ceiling fan. He also changed GFI outlet switch. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly use them again! DJones
After months of trying to figure out the issue a friend of oours who is an electrician told us the issue and torn between doing it myself or calling someone we decided to call someone. Best decision. Came that day and within 2 hours had everything fixed and replaced. So thankful for their experience and expertise!
Jeremiah came today to install a surge protector for the house. He also changed some coach lights on the outside of our garage. I have found Jeremiah to be the most objective and friendly service person with whom I have dealt; not just Mr. Electric but other companies as well. He deals just with issues at hand and explains answers to questions in a very understandable manner. The prices charged by this company is reasonable in comparison to today’s environment. I called this company for service at random and Jeremiah verified this company to be worth calling. The notification process set up for this type of work is worthwhile.
Today I had a young man named David Kiefer come by our house and fix some of the light switches & plug ins that hadn’t been Working after we removed some walls with some other contractor. Great customer services, was very helpful & explained everything that was going on. Fix everything in no time highly recommend using this guys!!
Called 4 other electricians before calling Mr. Electric. The others either didn’t answer the phone or were booked. Mr. Electric scheduled me immediately. They use all available technology to keep you informed before, during and after the service call. The electricians were fast and professional. I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs.
After receiving multiple quotes, I found Mr.Electric and decided to get one more quote. They were the most affordable of all quotes I received. The technician arrived right on time and his quality of work was excellent. I will be calling Mr. Electric again should I need any further electrical installs.

I am very pleased with Mr. Electric. They are very good in explaining the problem and the best ways to fix with a reasonable price. The receptionist listens well and tries to help by all means. Never in my life have I experienced such EXCELLENT customer service from a company. I needed to replace my ceiling fan but had some scheduling conflicts. The receptionist worked with me and kept me updated. I even received a picture of the technician before he arrived. The technician, Cody, was the most polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient technician I have ever known. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick and hassle-free. If there is ANYTHING electrical I need, I will without hesitation call them again.
I bought my house 10 months ago and suddenly I had issues with Breakers tripping daily. I placed a call to schedule service which they set up for the very next morning which worked perfectly with my schedule. Kirk and Cody were great, they were professional and very personable at the same time They explained everything prior to any work being done. Kudos to Mr. Electric and the efficiency in how you book appointments. Of particular note is the lady that schedules your Mra. Electric Service Professional and keeps us, your customer informed in a timely manner. Additional kudos for Jake Dawson. Arrived right on time, slipped on his yellow slippers (as I call them) and then listened intently to my story. He was here to install a ceiling fan but I also needed seven retro LED lights installed but I though that would have to be done at a later date. Not with Jake as off he went to purchase the lights, came back in a jiffy and set about installing the fan and seven lights. This was done in a most efficient manner, He was a true professional yet maintained a degree of friendliness, West Texas man that he is. All said and done, just a very pleasant and positive experience.
The technician was a very knowledgable one and did the job very well. It was the timing of the installation that is a concern . I was told someone would be here between 8 a.m. and 12p.m. After waiting all morning and putting off job related issues the tech. arrived at 11:55a.m. Yes, that is within the time boundaries that was given to me but a bit too close for my liking. Timelines are too large for my comfort and busy schedule.
Attic fan stopped running sometime in the Spring - was not certain of the cause - aware that fan needed to be replaced, a neighbor with an ammeter confirmed that the fan motor was bad BUT that the power was out too! Coincidence? Not convinced of neighbor's findings, I went online to check on references of local companies and came across the Mr. Electric website - I liked the reviews and completed the online service request and was later contacted by Ashley who was very efficient, courteous, and helpful. She took care of the appointment with Kirk and kept me updated of his arrival within the 5 hour window! ( I took a valuable vacation day for this - I think service providers forget that most households are working follks too with better things to do than wait on a tech.) Kirk was very professional and informative, went into the attic and confirmed that the fan motor was out but that I DID have power and that was GOOD news. Mr. Electric does not charge a service call BUT will request a $149 diagnostic fee to check out the problem first before any work is performed. I like their customer service motive and professionalism and will refer and call on them again (if needed)!
Mr Electric has been my #1 Go-To Electric service for several years now and will continue to be. I always get a real person on the phone with no buttons to push, they send out several reminders, call the day of service and are always on time. Justin has been my technician for a couple of years and he provides Top-Notch service and even sends me texts when he is on his way. Hes awesome at what he does, has great suggestions, and when he leaves Im even more pleased than I expected. He sends timely estimates on the front end, leaves my house and property spotless and the invoices are always exactly what he said theyd be. As long as Justin is with Mr. Elecric, Im gonna be a regular and happy customer
Due to an error I created, We called Mr. Electric and they were able to send out a technician within an hour. He examined what I had done and what he would need to do. Gave me 2 options and was able to perform the repair the same day within a couple hours. He was also able to identify a couple other issues that we suspected we had and that our Home inspector missed. We will have Mr. Electric come back out to do the other repairs also. Thank you Phil for the help and excellent repair.

We had two very professional guys come out to our home. Within 5 minutes they had a quote for us. I had been told when making my quote appointment that if we had the light fixture they could possibly instal it. So we did have it ready incase we were okay with the price. When we did get the quote, we thought it was a great price so they had our entry way chandlier installed in like 30 minutes! They were very clean, fast, courteous, professional, friendly. I was dreading this experience just because of the fear of expensive pricing but it was not that bad and totally worth every bit of the price! I would definitely recommend this company!!
The job was quoted, and I had to move the date several times to complete my preparations. The office personnel were very professional each time I called. The day finally arrived, and I was ready. Steven and Eric showed up as planned, and were very professional and courteous. Steven verified several details of the outlet placement, to ensure we were all in agreement. They did a FANTASTIC job, and even came back on Saturday to complete the job. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mr. Electric, and Steven and Eric, to anyone needing electrical work performed.

When it comes to electrical work, you get what you pay for. In this case, a cadillac payment resulted in a rolls royce outcome. Kirk arrived less than 2 hours after my initial call. He was professional, friendly, informative when I had questions and, wonder of wonders, every outlet and switch in the kitchen now works properly! In addition, he informed of some serious safety issues surrounding my electrical panel - good to know. I would not hestitate to call him again. I would like to also thank the scheduling staff. They were very pleasant and efficient, and very mindful of my tight schedule. Great overall experience!
First contact from girl in office was professional and friendly. Company policies explained fully. Immediate appointment set for following morning. Phone call 30 minutes before scheduled time of arrival along with an in depth description of technician, experience, specialties and hobbies with picture included sent by email and text. Mr Electric carpet laid outside door for technician to wipe feet was a surprising and nice touch. Warren was amazing. Super nice, professional and quick. I would recommend him to every person I talk to. If all your techs are like him, you must be rockin' the electric business world.
